about

Something About You is a driving, catchy, electronic metal type of relationship or love song. I hit up our old friend Dug Pinnick of King's X and asked if he'd be willing to throw some vocals down because we thought what we were envisioning would work really well with his voice and it would be a little different than his "normal" type guest appearance. The outcome turned out to be even better than we could ever have imagined. The soul in his voice combined with the "pouncy" feel of the music just makes all of the hair on our arms stand on edge every time we listen to it. It was truly an honor and privilege to have Dug on a KLANK song, and we look forward to doing more stuff with him in the future. — Klank

lyrics

Like the air I breathe
Or a glass of wine
On a winter's night
You'll see

It could be divine
On a beach beneath
The clear blue sky

Do you feel for me
As I feel for you
Or is this all a dream?

Occupy my mind
Yeah I know we'll stand
The test of time

There's something about you
And the way that you
Look me straight in the eye

Don't know how to explain
But your touch seems to
Make me feel so alive

You're my everything
You're my first, my last
And all that lies between
Bring a touch of peace
To my world so cold
And so afraid

Never felt so free
Never thought something
This good could ever be
Come and fly with me
You and I so high
For eternity

There's something about you
And the way that you
Look me straight in the eye

Don't know how to explain
But your touch seems to
Make me feel so alive
