about
Urban is one of those ones with a double meaning. It's partly about the actual war going on and also an "audio war" here in the streets. I'm big on the whole double entendre thing. Our weapons are our instruments and basically we're not taking any prisoners. — Klank
lyrics
Pick up your weapons and report to the front lines
The time has come for action, so heed the battle cry
Foot soldiers marching, no defeat in their eyes
Hand to hand engaging as smoke fills the skies
Reporters telling us the end is near
I see it differently, this is no time for fear
You want to take us on
Come and place your bet
If it's war you want
Then it's war you'll get
Our flesh and blood battle on foreign lands
We pray that god would hold them safe in his hands
Different cultures united for a cause
No room for prejudice, our nation is at war
You want to take us on
Come and place your bet
If it's war you want
Then it's war you'll get
Machines of Our Disgrace is one of the best Circle of Dust albums to date, Klayton continues to deliver the best quality to his audience like always. TheNugget1999
Dark, eclectic, heavy and very inspiring. It is really intense and crazy, so after listening to the half of songs I must take a break and then I can go back and listen to another half ;) selim76219
While I mostly prefer the original tracks and lost projects on offer within this album as the strongest offerings, the remixes provided within this album have excellent production value, and put enjoyable spins on old tracks I've been listening to for a long time. ExodusN
